These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "you", "your") and jared999d.cam ("jared999d", "we", "our", "the Platform"), governing all use of the website located at https://jared999d.cam and any related services, applications or features made available by jared999d.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.

jared999d reserves the right to amend, update or replace this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Members are encouraged to review this page periodically.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below whenever they appear in this Agreement, except where the context clearly requires otherwise.

You may register and use a jared999d Account only if you are at least 21 years old, have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your location. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing or using the Platform is lawful where you reside or are physically located.

You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information. False names, misleading contact details, altered documents or payment methods belonging to another person are prohibited. jared999d may request evidence of identity, age, residential address, source of funds or ownership of a payment method before permitting continued play or processing a withdrawal.

• Only one Account is permitted per person, household, device or shared payment method unless jared999d gives prior written approval.
• You must not register or use an Account on behalf of another person.
• Employees, contractors and persons directly involved in Platform operations may not participate unless expressly authorised for testing purposes.
• Self-excluded persons must not create a new Account or attempt to bypass an active restriction.

You are responsible for selecting secure login credentials and keeping them confidential. You must not disclose your password, security code or access details to any other person. Activity completed through your Account may be treated as authorised by you unless you promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

You must notify jared999d support immediately if your device is lost, your credentials are compromised or you identify an unfamiliar transaction. jared999d may temporarily restrict an Account while investigating security concerns. Such a restriction is a protective measure and does not imply that funds have been forfeited.

Automated access, account sharing, credential trading, scraping, interference with Platform systems and attempts to circumvent security controls are prohibited. jared999d may terminate sessions, reset credentials or require additional verification where unusual login patterns or other risk indicators are detected.

Deposits must be made from a payment method lawfully owned and controlled by the registered Member. Depending on availability, jared999d may support Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect and approved digital-asset methods. Availability, minimum amounts and processing times may change.

The Platform may set minimum and maximum transaction limits based on the payment method, Account status, verification level and risk review. A displayed processing estimate is not a guarantee because a bank, e-wallet provider, network interruption or compliance check may cause delay.

jared999d does not operate as a bank or savings facility. Funds deposited into an Account are intended for genuine wagering activity. Deposits made without reasonable play may be returned to the original payment method after applicable verification and transaction costs are considered.

• Members must check the payment instructions shown before confirming a transfer.
• Third-party deposits may be rejected, reversed or held for verification.
• Chargebacks, unauthorised reversals and fraudulent payment claims may result in Account suspension.
• Currency conversion or provider charges imposed outside jared999d remain the Member's responsibility.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the Account and, where practicable, returned to a verified payment method associated with the Member. jared999d may require completed KYC verification before approving a first withdrawal, a high-value transaction or any request presenting unusual activity.

Verification may include a valid Malaysian identity document or passport, proof of address, a selfie check and evidence that the selected bank account or e-wallet belongs to the Member. Documents must be clear, current and submitted through the secure process made available by the Platform.

Processing begins after all required checks are completed. E-wallet, DuitNow, FPX and bank-transfer timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines. Requests may take longer during bank maintenance, public holidays, enhanced security reviews or where information supplied by the Member is incomplete.

A wager is accepted only when it has been recorded by the Platform and appears in the Member's betting or game history. An attempted wager affected by insufficient funds, a connection failure or an incomplete confirmation is not valid merely because the Member intended to place it.

Casino games are governed by the rules and payout information displayed for the relevant title. Sports wagers, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia and UFC markets, are settled using the official result and the market rules shown when the wager is placed. Subsequent disciplinary decisions generally do not alter a settled result unless the applicable market rules expressly provide otherwise.

jared999d may void a wager affected by a clear pricing error, incorrect participant, impossible market, technical malfunction or corrupted data. Where reasonably possible, the original stake will be returned. Members must not exploit an obvious error, delayed feed or system weakness.

If a game round is interrupted, the result recorded by the relevant game system will ordinarily be final. Where no valid result exists, the affected stake may be restored. Platform records will prevail in the absence of clear evidence of a recording error.

Promotions may be subject to eligibility criteria, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, maximum qualifying stakes, game-weighting rules, expiry periods and withdrawal limits. The terms displayed for a specific offer form part of this Agreement and should be reviewed before the offer is accepted.

Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The applicable wagering requirement must first be completed using eligible games or markets. Some games may contribute at a reduced rate or not contribute at all. A withdrawal request made before completion may cancel the remaining Bonus Funds and associated promotional winnings.

Bonus abuse includes creating duplicate Accounts, coordinating opposite wagers, manipulating low-risk game patterns, repeatedly claiming an offer through linked identities or using payment methods that do not belong to the Member. Where reasonable evidence of abuse exists, jared999d may cancel the promotion, remove improperly obtained funds and suspend the relevant Account.

Members must use jared999d lawfully, honestly and for personal entertainment. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Fraud, collusion, chip dumping, match manipulation or coordination intended to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Use of bots, scripts, automated betting tools or software designed to interfere with normal play.
• Exploitation of technical errors, delayed odds, incorrect payouts or vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering, use of criminal proceeds or transactions intended to obscure the source or destination of funds.
• Harassment, threats, abusive language or impersonation directed at support staff or other Members.
• Attempts to evade Account restrictions, KYC procedures, responsible gambling limits or self-exclusion.

jared999d may investigate suspected prohibited conduct, preserve relevant Account records and restrict transactions while an investigation is underway. Where a breach is established, appropriate action may include voiding affected wagers, removing improperly obtained benefits, closing the Account or reporting conduct where legally required.

Gambling should remain entertainment and must not be treated as employment, an investment or a dependable source of income. jared999d encourages every Member to set a realistic spending budget, monitor session time and avoid chasing losses.

Depending on Account availability, Members may request deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request is a serious protective measure. During the selected period, the Member must not attempt to reopen the Account, register a replacement Account or use another person's details.

If gambling is causing financial pressure, anxiety, relationship difficulties or loss of control, stop playing and seek support. Further information about safer play and available controls is provided on the Responsible Gambling page.

A Member may request Account closure through customer support. Before closure is completed, pending wagers may be settled and any eligible remaining balance may be returned after verification. Closure does not remove obligations arising from prior transactions or confirmed breaches of this Agreement.

jared999d may suspend or close an Account where required for security, verification, responsible gambling, legal compliance, prohibited conduct or material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where appropriate, the Member will be informed of the action and any steps needed to resolve the matter.

Dormant Accounts may be subject to additional verification before funds are released. jared999d will not confiscate a legitimate balance merely because an Account has been inactive, but reasonable administrative or payment-provider costs may apply where clearly disclosed and permitted.

The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Although jared999d aims to maintain reliable access, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, telecommunications failures, device incompatibility, third-party outages or circumstances beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jared999d is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform, inability to access it or reliance on information that the Member knew or reasonably should have known was incorrect. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Members are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, internet connection and secure operating environment. A display issue on a personal device does not override the transaction, game or wager record held by the Platform.

The jared999d name, logo, interface, original text, graphics, layout and related Platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Members receive a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to access the Platform for lawful entertainment.

No content may be copied, republished, sold, reverse engineered or used to create a competing service without prior written permission. Game content and payment brand names may belong to their respective rights holders and are displayed only for identification of available services.

jared999d processes personal information for Account administration, identity verification, payment handling, fraud prevention, customer support, responsible gambling controls and Platform security. The categories of information collected, purposes of processing and available user rights are explained in the Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that information may be reviewed by authorised service providers where necessary to deliver the requested service or meet compliance obligations. jared999d applies reasonable safeguards and does not permit Members to obtain another person's private Account information.

If you believe a wager, payment or Account decision has been handled incorrectly, contact customer support and provide your username, the relevant transaction or wager reference, the date of the event and a concise description of the issue. Do not include your password or full security credentials.

Complaints should be raised promptly so that records remain available for review. jared999d will assess the Account history, system records and supporting information before providing an outcome. The contact email is displayed as plain text below:

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling policy and any specific promotional conditions, represents the understanding governing your use of jared999d. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
